These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Brightwave Products Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Noot. They govern your use of the Noot website and any purchase you make from our store.

The Noot website and the products sold on it are operated and offered by Brightwave Products Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Noot ("Noot," "we," "us," or "our"). Every reference to Noot in these terms means Brightwave Products Inc. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
Our products are dietary supplements intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the site or place an order, and you agree to use the site only to make personal, non-commercial purchases.
Ordering and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported, and payment is collected at the time of purchase through Shopify, our commerce provider. An order is accepted when we confirm shipment, not when your order confirmation email is sent. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or pricing errors; if we cancel, you will be refunded in full.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed dates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If an order arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.
Returns and our 60-day guarantee
If Noot isn't for you, we offer a full refund within 60 days of delivery — no questions asked. To start a return, reach out via the contact page with your order number.
Health and supplement disclaimer
Noot products are dietary supplements, not medicines. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Noot name, logo, product formulations, copy, and imagery — is owned by or licensed to Brightwave Products Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the express 60-day guarantee described above, the site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we disclaim all implied warranties — including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — to the fullest extent permitted by law. Limitation of liability
