Noot Day & Night

I spent forty minutes reading the labels of six different products before buying this. Everything else either had a proprietary blend or declared 'natural caffeine' without a milligram number. Here I knew exactly what I was taking before I ordered. That's the minimum I needed.

Parent picked up my kid at 4 p.m. I had to stop a complicated modeling task. Usually when I come back I spend twenty minutes just reconstructing where I was. Took this at 3:30. Came back from pickup, picked up right where I left off. Happened three times this week. Not a coincidence.

Genuinely unsure. I feel like I concentrate better but I also started going to bed earlier the same week. I'm not going to claim causation. What I will say is the label is transparent, nothing made me anxious, and sleep is fine. So I'm staying on it and watching.

I'm a skeptic by profession (auditor). I went in expecting to feel nothing. I... might feel something? The honest answer is I can do a second review pass in the evening without it feeling like pulling teeth. Sleep is fine. No anxiety. I'll keep running the experiment.

In public accounting, January through April is not really a time you can schedule rest. I started this in February because afternoon caffeine was keeping me wired until midnight. This let me get through 8 p.m. review work without that problem. Nothing heroic. Just sustainable.
